I lost 39 pounds of body fat and gained 8 pounds of muscle!

To whom it may concern,

I just wanted to write a little note concerning my trainer, Malcolm Tears. I have been training with Malcolm for the past three and a half months. Malcolm has helped me to demand more of myself than I ever have in order to attain my fitness goals. Although this process began as a way to lose weight and become more fit, I have gained much more than the pounds shed. Even on the hardest days, I leave feeling so good about my accomplishments and my self confidence has received a healthy boost as well. Malcolm is a trainer, motivator, a cheerleader, and a drill sergeant. He definitely knows how to get it done and is very eager to share his knowledge. Over the past five years I have repeatedly joined different gyms with the intention to finally get healthy, only to quit before I really got started. This time I have a routine to follow, and mentally it has become harder to skip than to workout regularly. I doubt Malcolm realizes how much I appreciate him, but regardless of all the mean things I’ve said during our workouts, I wouldn’t have done it without him. I hope more people have the opportunity to let Malcolm work a little of his magic in their lives.
