We were amazed to see big results so quickly.

John and I weren’t horribly overweight, but we’re both older than the typical couple wanting to get more fit. Our goal was to lose body fat, gain fitness and stamina, and maintain healthy bodies. We had tried working out at several gyms without consistency or much success. Malcolm tailored our workouts and menu plans specifically to each of us. He carefully tracked our progress and tweaked the workouts and diets almost every week. We were amazed to see big results so quickly. And we worked harder than we thought we could. With Malcolm’s support and motivation, plus not wanting to disappoint him, we stuck to our program and reached our goals within 3 months. I lost 11% body fat and 11 pounds. My formerly heavy legs look great now! John was already at 19% body fat, but he put on 8 pounds of lean body mass. Working with Malcolm was so rewarding – his personal direction made us reach our goal. We would highly recommend training with Malcolm to anyone, at any age, and any stage of fitness.
