Each menu will show you exactly how much protein, carbohydrates, and fats you will consume by following that specific meal plan. It will also include a daily value for cholesterol, sodium, and many other important nutritional measures.

  • Once you contact us and schedule your Fresh Start Appointment ™ we will have all the information needed to create your individualized meal plan.
  • You give us a list of foods you prefer, tolerate, and foods you dislike, noting any allergies you may have as well.
  • Your meal plan will be e-mailed to you in PDF format.

Your meal plan will include:

  • Nutrient breakdowns including pie chart, bar graph, and spreadsheet form.
  • Detailed serving sizes, brand names, and meal times so there is no confusion on when to eat or how much to eat.
  • A shopping list with the amount of every ingredient and recipe instructions on how to prepare each great tasting dish!
