Our one-on-one personal training programs are the best around! Each program is fully customized to your individual goals and needs. During this consultation, we will discuss what it will take to help you live a more Health and Fitness Oriented Lifestyle™. This includes a short review of your medical and fitness history, a short exercise session to assess your strength and conditioning levels, as well as a Health and Fitness Lifestyle and Body Composition Analysis™!
Next, we work with you to formulate an on-going personal exercise program. We will set attainable goals, and we will oversee every detail of your personal training program. You are encouraged to take advantage of one of our meal planning services to ensure maximum results! By doing so, you will significantly reduce the time it will take to reach your goal. Fine tuning is done by carefully charting and monitoring your progress. This proactive approach to weight-loss has helped our clients realize that fads diets can be ineffective and dangerous. We turn bad habits into good habits through education, testing and behavioral changes.
