Jeri Dougan

Jeri Dougan was a very dedicated client. Dedicated to her goal, dedicated to changing her life so she could begin living a more “Health and Fitness Oriented Lifestyle”…a lifestyle she continues to live today. We make sure that is possible by teaching you the how and why we do what we do on the way to reaching you goal so you will continue to stay in shape. This is not a “fad” diet or system. These results are very real! Now her whole family is becoming healthy by following the example Jeri has set!

Jeri lost 28 pounds of body fat and 1.6 pounds of muscle in less than four and a half months! As a side note, Jeri was able to change her life at 49 years of age while raising a family of five! Great job Jeri! You are a prime example of how to make health and fitness a lifestyle, not a goal!
