Meal Planning Services

Each meal plan is created by our certified nutritionist and is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.  It doesn’t matter if your goal is to add lean body mass or lose body fat, following a meal plan that you enjoy is a vital ingredient to your success!
We believe a person can only be successful at making “Health And Fitness A Lifestyle, Not a Goal™” by following a meal plan containing foods they already enjoy. We do not create meal plans using typical diet foods that most would consider bland and un-realistic over the long term. Here is how it works:

  • Once you contact us, one of our representatives will send you an outline of the information that we need in order to create your meal plan.
  • One of the things we will need from you is a list of foods you prefer, tolerate, and foods you dislike, noting any allergies you may have as well.

Basic Meal Planning Service

With our Basic Meal Planning service, you get a fully customized meal plan based on your goals and personal eating preferences.  We have seen clients who follow this meal plan religiously see continuous results for up to six weeks without having to have it modified! Your meal plan with detailed instructions so you are sure to see results if followed.

    • $49.00 per meal plan modification

Elite Meal Planning Service

The Elite Meal Planning Service gives you seven separate meal plans. Each meal plan will show you exactly how much protein, carbohydrates, fats and total calories you will consume by following that specific meal plan. You also get a shopping list with all the foods on your meal plans categorized by type to make shopping easy and quick.

  • Nutrient breakdowns.
  • Detailed serving sizes, brand names, and meal times so there is no confusion on when to eat or how much to eat.
  • A shopping list with the amount of every ingredient and recipe instructions on how to prepare each great tasting dish!

Pricing:

  • $160.00 includes seven meal plans and a complete shopping list.
