History

Founded in 2005, Elite In-Home Personal Training Sacramento began with just one personal training client and has grown into a company that serves a number of personal training sessions daily; successfully fulfilling its mission on a consistent basis. We take pride in the fact that we have improved the lives of individuals of all ages, shapes, and sizes through our comittment to fitness and nutrition. There is not one un-wanted fat or cellulite cell that has stood up to the challenge from Elite In-Home Personal Training and its dedicated clients!

Elite In-Home Personal Trainers and members of our staff have won numerous titles at the semi-professional level in a number of different sports. They have been featured in magazines that are circulated worldwide, and have been pictured in articles on the cover of newspapers. They have taken part in sporting events that have been featured on national television and currently, they are coaching or staying active competitively. Now, Elite In-Home Personal Training and personal trainer can be seen in Sacramento, Granite Bay, Roseville, Natomas, El Dorado Hills and many of the other neighborhoods throughout Sacramento County and beyond!
